These Terms govern your use of avenegtechnologies.com (“this site”), published by Aveneg Technologies, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). They do not cover any software the Company publishes. Each product is licensed under its own, separate Terms of Service, linked from its entry on the Products page — if you are looking for the terms that govern an application, this is not the document.

1. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes the Company and the software it publishes, and provides a way to contact us. It does not offer accounts, purchases, subscriptions, or any place to submit content of your own.

2. Acceptable use

You may view and share pages from this site for lawful purposes. Automated access is welcome: search engines, AI assistants and other crawlers may access, index, quote, summarize and learn from this site’s public content, consistent with our robots.txt. You may not present this site’s content as your own, or use it to imply an affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Company that does not exist.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design and mark on this site belong to Aveneg Technologies, LLC. Product names are used here to identify the Company’s own software. Any third-party names referenced belong to their respective owners, and referencing them does not imply endorsement in either direction.

4. Links to other properties

This site links to the Company’s products and may link to other resources. Each is governed by its own terms, separate from this document. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we do not operate.

5. No warranty

This site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the content here is complete, current, or error-free, and availability of the site is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
